Newsgroups for ZipLink Members

ZipLink has set up a variety of newsgroups for our customers. These newsgroups are a great place in which to ask questions or help someone else out, receive announcements and updates about ZipLink service from our staff, get to know other users in our online community, or tell us what you think.

ZipLink's Member Newsgroups:

• local.zip.talk
  This is ZipLink's most popular member newsgroup. It's a forum for our customers to chat, get to know each other, and talk about anything they want. It's a good place for beginners to pick up some tips.

• local.zip.announce (read-only)
  This is where you'll find press releases, technical updates, schedules of service, and other announcements from our staff.

• local.zip.test
  Post to this newsgroup to test your news reading software's posting ability, your .sig file, or anything else you need to test.

• local.zip.hardware
  Chat or ask questions about anything hardware-related.

• local.zip.software
  Chat or ask questions about anything software-related.
