Companies, organizations, and occasionally even individuals are finding it increasingly necessary to set up a Web site under their own domain name (www.yourcompany.com) to market, support, or sell their products, services and ideas. ZipWebTM, ZipLink's Web hosting service, offers an affordable way to establish such a presence on the World Wide Web.

Each ZipWeb service plan comes complete with:

  • domain name registration or tranfer
  • e-mail mapping for collect (default) address
  • disk space as indicated for plan ¹
  • ftp access to your site
  • direct cgi-bin access
  • 1 Gigabyte of data transfer per month ²

    Notes:
  1. Disk usage over 100 Megs is charged at a rate of $2.50/meg per month. Web sites over 200 megs may require some level of server colocation on ZipLink's premises. Terms for large Web sites are negotiated on an individual basis.
  2. A fee of $20.00/Gig per month may be incurred for data transfers over alloted 1 Gig.
