  1. Q. What payment methods are available for Ziplink customers?

    A. Ziplink accepts credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa) for all forms of payment, as well as checks for customers who pay annually.

  2. Q. Where can I find information on-line about Ziplink's billing plans?

    A. Ziplink publishes information on-line for personal accounts as well as business accounts.

  3. Q. What time of the month does Ziplink bill its customers?

    A. Ziplink bills its customers on or about the first of each month. Customers who pay annually are billed on the anniversary month of their account creation.

  4. Q. My account is set up for credit card billing, but I received a paper bill in the mail. Why did this happen?

    A. When a credit card company refuses our charges, a paper bill is sent to the customer. Once the customer has verified that their credit card company will again accept charges, they should contact Ziplink in order to switch back to credit card billing.< BR>
  5. Q. My first bill doesn't seem to correctly reflect my monthly fee. What could be the reason for that?

    A. The initial Ziplink bill reflects charges from the end of the customer's trial period until the end of that month, as well as the monthly charge for the following month. If, for example, a customer's trial period ended on September 15, they would be bi lled at the beginning of October for usage from September 16 until October 31.

  6. Q. My bill references billing plans and billing components. Is there an easy way to find out what these numbers actually represent?

    A. If a customer is unsure of their billing plan or billing components, they can send E-mail to support requesting clarification.

  7. Q. I pay by check, and was supposed to be switched to annual billing. Currently, I am still receiving monthly bills for $16.95. How do I switch to annual billing?

    A. In order to initiate annual billing and take advantage of the $12.95 monthly rate, customers who pay by check must send their annual payment to:

  8. Q. How does a customer who pays by credit card switch to annual billing?

    A. Credit card customers can switch to annual billing going to the Ziplink Contact page and using the correct mailbox or form listed.
