ORDERING: Books are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be held 10 days pending receipt of payment. Place orders by e-mail, telephone or letter. Please call only between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (eastern) any day of the week. If you leave a message, be sure to leave a phone number or an e-mail address so that we can confirm your order.
POSTAGE:
U.S. ORDERS
- $3 for the first book and $.75 for each additional book. Shipments are made via the U.S. Postal Service -- book rate.
FOREIGN ORDERS
- customers will be mailed or e-mailed information regarding shipping options and costs (i.e. surface vs. air, insured vs. uninsured).
INSURANCE: Optional but recommended since we cannot be responsible for uninsured shipments. Cost - $.75 for orders up to $50; $1.60 for orders up to $100; and $2.50 for orders over $100.
SALES TAX: Massachusetts residents add 5% sales tax.
RETURNS: Books are returnable for any reason within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Postage and insurance are not refundable. Please let us know the reason for the return and how the books are being sent back. Also, please package returned books well and insure them.
