      When TRACKSAR is impractical because there is no area to set up a track, or the track must be exceedingly long, we use AIRSAR software and mount the radar on a truck. The Model 200 radar is mounted on the rear of the truck; its VGA display can be seen just behind the large aluminum antenna. The red object is a generator.

      This system was used to make measurements of a large aircraft on very short notice. Spotlight SAR data was collected over a path length of several hundred feet, and produced an image with one-wavelength cross-range resolution. An image of  corner reflectors separated by up to 200 feet in cross-range is shown below.
