Ed Hyder

When Ed first opened his Mediterranean market, his business was cramped into a small storefront on the corner of Pleasant and Chandler street. Then he moved to Park avenue, but the parking was limited. Finally he found an old Firehouse that the city had abandoned. This is the current residence and because Ed was not only moving into more space, he was helping the conservation cause by utilizing and restoring a historical building. His store is always chock full of goodies that you could not find in a standard supermarket...more to come.
