When ZipLink introduces the DSL provisioning package later this year, you'll have the ability to resell DSL services managed by us as your own offering. We handle the originating overhead and recurring costs of hosting and maintaining DSL access. We also handle operational and administrative requirements, including:
- Order administration of DSL circuit
- Provisioning of DSL
- Second-level support between ISP and DSL Provider
- Network monitoring and maintenance
- Communication of issues to DSL provider(s)
