This Quick Start Guide will help new users learn how to access their ZipFone number, change options, manage messages and place and receive calls.
 

Dial your ZipFone 1-888 Number. At the greeting, press (*) followed by your pass code, and then press (#).

Personal Greeting: "Hello, this is [Name] and you've reached my ZipFone number. Press 1 to have this system locate me; press 2 to leave a voicemail message; press 3 to send a numeric page; press 5 to speak with an operator to send a full text message, and if you are trying to send a fax, please start your fax machine now. Thank you."

Unavailable Message: "Hello, this is [Name] and you've reached my ZipFone number. Unfortunately, I'm unavailable to take your call right now. Please press 2 and record a voicemail message for me and I'll return your call as soon as I can. Thank you."

1   to change your Fax Number
2   to change your Follow Me Number
4   to change your 2nd Follow Me Number*
5   to change your Primary Number
*   this will always ring with your Follow Me Number

1   to be available at all enabled numbers
2   to be completely unavailable
3   to enable the Primary Number
4   to disable the Primary Number
5   to enable the Follow Me Numbers
6   to disable the Follow Me Numbers

While the message is playing you may press: (1) to lower volume, (3) to raise volume, (4) to slow down the message, (6) to speed up the message, (7) to rewind, (8) to pause and (9)to fast forward.

At the end of the message, you have the following options:
1   to save a message
2   to delete a message
3   to replay a message
5   for message information
6   to reply to the message if it was from another ZipFone user
7   to return to the previous message
8   to forward a copy of the message to another ZipFone user
9   to return a call to the sender if they left their phone number

Note: Press (#) to skip to the end of the message.

To make outgoing calls press 9, then dial area code and phone number. To hang up, press (***). To put on hold, press (###).

When you receive a call and the call is announced, enter your pass code (if required), followed by the (#) key. Then, simply follow the user-friendly instructions to connect or transfer the call.

When you hear a call-waiting tone, put your present call on-hold (###) and then press (#). The new caller will be announced. Follow the instructions to connect or transfer the new caller and to return to the call on hold.
