ZipTalkTM makes it easy for any caller to get in touch with you. When someone calls your toll-free ZipFone number, they are greeted with your personalized message and can choose to speak with you live or leave you a message. If they want to speak with you, the system will automatically try to reach you at up to three phones and will send a message to your pager. All calls are announced, enabling you to decide whether to take a call, reroute it to another phone, or send it to voice mail.
- Follow Me Calling
ZipTalk's follow me calling allows you to choose where your calls reach you. Designate up to three numbers, to direct calls to your office, home, cellular phone, hotel room, or any other phone. Any follow me number can be enabled, disabled or changed simply by logging into your ZipFone account. - Simultaneous Ringing
When someone calls your ZipFone number, all of your follow me numbers will ring simultaneously rather than one at a time, as other follow me services do. Simultaneous ringing gets your calls to you sooner and keeps your callers off hold. - Pager Notification
Know at once when someone is trying to reach you, even when you can't be near a phone! ZipTalk will instantly page you when you receive a call, and will let you know who is calling and that they want to speak live and are holding. If you want to take the call, call your ZipFone number from any phone and follow the simple instructions to receive the call, even if the caller is already in voicemail. - Caller ID
Caller ID gives you total control over how every call placed to you is handled. All callers are prompted to identify themselves by name, allowing you to choose whether to take the call or redirect it to another phone or to voicemail.
