ZipLink has openings for Network Administrators in the Operations Department at its
Corporate Headquarters in Lowell, MA.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in most of the following areas of responsibility. This position will staff our 24 hour Operations Center; monitor ZipLink's backbone and RAS Gear; contact vendors in regard to outages; and be the first contact for ZipLink customers. This position also requires the ability to work alternate shifts.
