Indicate number of packets of 25 pages desired. Minimum order is for 1
packet of 25 identical pages.

Select from over 200 border styles in our illustrated catalog.
3.
Select corner style for pages: None; 2 Corners (right side only); 4 Corners.
4.
Select paper color: White, Ivory, Canary, Buff, Gray, Salmon, Green, Blue.
5.
Indicate title to be placed at top of page. Additional lines are $2.00
each. Please indicate position of extra lines (for example: your name printed
in the lower right corner).
