#hot_talk is a channel on DALnet IRC that has no specific topic that is discussed, but is meant to be visited to have fun and interact with other people. Its founder was formerly Mr^Wiggly, but when it was dropped by chanserv as a registered channel, #hot_talk resident _CyberBat_ registered as his channel and he is now the founder of #hot_talk.

That was August 31, 1998. Now under _CyberBat_'s control, #hot_talk is going through some changes. Before, it was a channel with frequent visitors, but no real direction. Now, #hot_talk is going through some changes, one of them being this very website. Hopefully you will be a part of these changes.
