Netscape Navigator?

Then you have disabled JavaScript on the Langauges tab of the Options|Network Preferences menu choice. If this is the case, enable JavaScript in order to proceed.
1. Select Options from the menu
2. Select Network Preferences...
3. Select the Langauges tab
4. Select the Enable JavaScript check box
5. Enable JavaScript by pressing the OK button

Microsoft iExplorer?

Then you have disabled ActiveX scripts on the Security tab of the View|Options menu choice. If this is the case, enable ActiveX scripts in order to proceed.
1. Select View from the menu
2. Select Options...
3. Select the Security tab
4. Select the Enable ActiveX scripts check box
5. Enable ActiveX scripts by pressing the Apply, or OK buttons
6. Refresh the screen from the toolbar or press F5
