This is a day that we never expected. Digital HR steps forward and sets up a Web page on the history behind NCOD, and then took it a step further by sending out an email to the entire company stating the day, giving a pointer to the Web page, and then mentioned Digital's policy on discrimination towards BGLT people! This is absolutely incredible!
