Plans & Drawings
•Full sets of Plans & Working Drawings are required for larger projects like additions and custom homes. Initially, these documents are used to obtain building permits for your project from your town's building department. As the project unfolds, they are used as the "blueprints" for construction. The documents include perspective drawings, elevations, cross sections, floor plans, electrical plans and foundation plans.

•Perspective Drawings are helpful to enable the client to visualize how the completed project will look prior to construction. Examples of drawings that were done for two kitchen remodeling projects are shown below. You can see that these renderings allowed our client to predict how their projects would look at completion.
