Short Form 1
Blocking While Retreating

  1. Start from a horse stance facing 12 o'clock.
  2. Drop your left foot back, to 6 o'clock, into a right neutral bow while delivering a right inward block.
  3. Drop your right foot back, to 6 o'clock, into a left neutral bow while delivering a left inward block.
  4. Turn to face your next imaginary opponent at 9 o'clock. Step with your right foot to 3 o'clock, into a left neutral bow, while simultaneously delivering a left outward block.
  5. Drop your left foot back to 3 o'clock into a right neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a right outward block.
  6. Turn to face your next imaginary opponent at 3 o'clock. Adjust your right foot towards 9 o'clock settling into a left neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a left upward block.
  7. Drop your left foot back to 9 o'clock into a right neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a right upward block.
  8. Turn to face your next imaginary opponent at 6 o'clock. Step with your left foot towards 12 o'clock, into a right neutral bow, while simultaneously delivering a right downward block.
  9. Drop your right foot back to 12 o'clock, into a left neutral bow, while simultaneously delivering a left downward block.
  10. Step, clockwise, with your left foot to 12 o'clock into a horse stance with (right fist in left open palm) salute. Thus returning to the form point of origin.

Long Form 1
Blocking and Countering While Retreating

  1. From a meditating horse stance, step back with your left leg into a right neutral bow while doing a right inward hammering block followed by a left horizontal thrust punch as you move into a right forward bow.
  2. Slide your right foot back into a transitional 45 degree cat stance, do a left inward block.
  3. Complete the step thru reverse into left neutral bow while doing a left inward thrusting block followed by a right horizontal thrust punch as you move into a left forward bow.
  4. Step to 1:30 with your right foot (cover step) while doing a right inward block and unwind counter clockwise into a left neutral bow facing 9:00 while doing a left outward block followed by a right horizontal thrust punch as you move into a left forward bow.
  5. As you step thru reverse into a right neutral bow, do a left inward block (point of origin from the outward block) into a right outward block followed by a left horizontal thrust punch as you move into a right forward bow.
  6. Step to 7:30 (cover step) with your right foot while doing a left side elbow (towards 3:00), pull your elbow down to your side and torque counter clockwise into a left neutral bow facing 3:00 while doing a left upward block followed by a right horizontal thrust punch as you move into a left forward bow.
  7. As you step thru reverse into a right neutral bow, do a left downward elbow (point of origin from the high block) into a right upward block followed by a left horizontal thrust punch as you move into a right forward bow.
  8. Slide your right leg to your left leg into a transitional right cat stance while doing a left inward, downward palm up block, then step forward to 6:00 with your right leg while doing a right downward block followed by a left horizontal thrust punch as you move into a right forward bow.
  9. As you step thru reverse into left neutral bow, do a right inward downward palm up block into a left downward block followed by a right horizontal thrust punch as you move into a left forward bow.
  10. With your lower body in place, do left/right/left inward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the punches coming from 6:00.
  11. Step Thru reverse into a right neutral bow and, with your lower body in place, do right/left /right inward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the punches coming from 6:00.
  12. Step to 4:30 with your left foot (cover step) while doing a transitional left inward block, turn clockwise into a right neutral bow facing 9:00 and do right/left/right outward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the punches coming from 9:00.
  13. As you step thru reverse into a left neutral bow, do a transitional right inward block into left/right/left outward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the punches coming from 9:00.
  14. Step to 10:30 with your left foot (cover step) while doing a transitional left inward block, turn clockwise into right neutral bow facing 3:00 and do right/left/right upward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the overhead strikes coming from 3:00.
  15. As you step thru reverse into a left neutral bow, do a transitional downward elbow into left/right/left upward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the overhead strikes coming from 3:00.
  16. Step to 4:30 with your right foot (cover step) while doing a right inward downward palm-up block, turn counter clockwise into a left neutral bow facing 12:00 and do left/right/left downward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the kicks coming from 12:00.
  17. As you step thru reverse into a right neutral bow, do a transitional left inward downward palm-up block and do right/left/right downward blocks, turning your upper body to meet the kicks coming from 12:00.
  18. Slide your left leg up into a horse stance facing 12:00 and do left/right/left inward downward palm-down blocks that go to the opposite side of your waist.
  19. Do right/left/right inward downward palm-up blocks.
  20. Do left/right/left pushdown blocks that start at the chest and finish just below the solar plexus.
  21. Do right/left horizontal thrust punches to 12:00.
  22. Do right/left 45 degree horizontal thrust punches to 10:30 and 1:30.
  23. Do right/left horizontal thrust punches to 9:00 and 3:00.
  24. Do right/left uppercut punches (stopping at solar plexus level).
  25. Your right hand punches into your left palm (into meditating position) then slide your left foot over to your right foot as you move up into an attention stance.

Short Form 2
Blocking and Countering While Advancing

  1. From a meditating horse stance, step forward with the right foot while simultaneously delivering a right thrusting inward block followed by a right outward sword.
  2. Step forward with the left foot while simultaneously delivering a left thrusting inward block followed by a left outward sword.
  3. Cat in with the left foot while packing the hands on the right side with left over the right. Step to 8 oclock with the left foot while simultaneously delivering a left outward extended block and a right straight punch to 9 oclock.
  4. Cat in with the right foot while packing the hands on the left side with right over the left. Step to 4 oclock with the right foot while simultaneously delivering a right outward extended block and a left straight punch to 3 oclock.
  5. Step back to 5 oclock with the left foot and rotate counterclockwise into a wide kneel stance while simultaneously delivering a left upward block and a right hand middle knuckle strike downward across the face.
  6. Step inward and back to 7 oclock with the right foot and rotate clockwise into a wide kneel stance while simultaneously delivering a right upward block and a left hand middle knuckle strike downward across the face.
  7. Step to 4 oclock with the left foot and rotate counterclockwise delivering a right hand inward downward palm down block followed by a left hand downward block. Step to 11 oclock with the right foot and deliver a right palm heel strike to the face. Check left hand at chest level.
  8. Step to 2 oclock with the right foot and rotate clockwise delivering a left hand inward downward palm down block followed by a right hand downward block. Step to 1 oclock with the the left foot and deliver a left palm heel strike to the face. Check right hand at chest level.
  9. Raise the left fist in front of your face and cat back with the right foot. From this position you will unwind clockwise and step to two oclock with the right foot and deliver a right outward extended block followed by a left straight knuckle punch.
  10. Cat in with the left foot and raise the right fist in front of your face and step to 10 oclock while simulaneously delivering a left outward extended block followed by a right straight knuckle punch.
  11. Step up with the right foot and raise your right fist.
  12. Step in with the left foot and combine the right fist with a left open hand . Stand at attention.

Long Form 2
Blocking and Countering with multiple attackers

  1. From a meditating horse stance, step forward with the right foot into a neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a right hammering inward block. Follow with a right outward sword, left palm heel strike into a foreward bow and a right hand vertical finger thrust into a neutral bow.
  2. Step forward with the left foot into a neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a left thrusting inward block. Follow with a left outward sword, right palm heel strike into a foreward bow and a left hand vertical finger thrust into a neutral bow.
  3. Cat in with the left foot while packing the hands on the right side with left over right. Step to 8 oclock with the left foot while simultaneously delivering a left outward extended block and a right horizontal punch to 9 oclock. Do a left vertical thrust punch followed by a right vertical thrust punch both at face level. Finish with a simultaneous left thrust punch to the face and left side kick to knee level.
  4. Cat in with the right foot while packing the hands on the left side with right over left. Step to 4 oclock with the right foot while simultaneously delivering a right outward extended block and a left horizontal punch to 3 oclock. Do a right vertical thrust punch followed by a left vertical thrust punch both at face level. Finish with a simultaneous right thrust punch to the face and right side kick to knee level.
  5. Slide your left foot back and behind to 5 oclock. Unwind counterclockwise and do a right inward block and a left downward block ending in a neutral bow. Turn left into a forward bow and do a left upward block and a right downward hammer fist to the groin. Turn right back into a neutral bow as you do a left palm claw to the face followed by a right rising backfist. Circle hands to deliver a left back fist followed by a right back fist to the face.
  6. Slide your right foot back and behind to 1 oclock. Unwind clockwise and do a left inward block and a right downward block ending in a neutral bow. Turn right into a forward bow and do a right upward block and a left downward hammer fist to the groin. Turn left back into a neutral bow as you do a right palm claw to the face followed by a left rising backfist. Circle hands to deliver a right back fist followed by a left back fist to the face.
  7. Step to 10 oclock with the right foot as you unwind counterclockwise and do a right downward inward block followed by a left downward outward block. Circle the left hand inward into a left back knuckle strike to the back of attackers head followed by a right horizontal punch and chambering the left hand. Simulataneous do a left front punch and right front kick landing at 4 oclock. Unwind counterclockwise while delivering a right vertical punch.
  8. Step back in with the right foot and slide to 8 oclock as you unwind clockwise and do a left downward inward block followed by a right downward outward block. Circle the right hand inward into a right back knuckle strike to the back of attackers head followed by a left horizontal punch and chambering the right hand. Simulataneous do a right front punch and left front kick landing at 8 oclock. Unwind clockwise while delivering a left vertical punch.
  9. Do a left front cross over towards 2 oclock while doing a left overhead punch. Step again toward 2 oclock but with the right foot and do a right uppercut to the face. Rotate the right elbow horizontal and do a left hand two finger thrust to the eyes over your right wrist. Finish with a right hand and then a left hand two finger thrust to the eyes.
  10. Do a right front cross over towards 10 oclock while doing a right overhead punch. Step again toward 10 oclock but with the left foot and do a left uppercut to the face. Rotate the left elbow horizontal and do a right hand two finger thrust to the eyes over your left wrist. Finish with a left hand and then a right hand two finger thrust to the eyes.
