Defense against a double elbow pin from behind
- Stomping on attackers left foot with your left foot followed by a right rear scoop kick to the groin to loosen attackers grip.
- Do a right rear obscure upward elbow to attackers chin. You've removed your right arm from attackers grip at this point.
- Step to 9:00 with your right foot (in very tight, just outside attackers left foot) and continue turning as your left foot comes around into a horse stance standing next to attacker. You are now both facing forward with the attackers left arm pinned on your chest by your left arm. Deliver a right uppercut to break their elbow.
Circling Destruction
Defense against a left step through punch
- Step forward and to the right with your right foot into a right neutral bow while doing a right inward parry and a left outward parry (that becomes grab). Continue circling the right inward parry into a right back knuckle to attackers ribs.
- Pin attackers right arm to your chest with your left hand while you do a right uppercut to break elbow. Follow immediately with a right back knuckle to attackers ribs.
- Slide your left foot behind your right into a left rear twist stance and place your right hand on their left shoulder.
- Hook attackers chin with your left hand and anchor your elbow (pulls attacker left and slightly backwards) as you unwind from the rear twist into a right neutral bow while doing a right inward hand sword to the right side of attackers neck.
- Hook attackers chin with your right hand and anchor your elbow (pulls attacker to the right and slightly backwards) as you do a right front scoop kick to attackers groin, landing forward in a right high wide kneel with a right inward elbow to attackers spine.
