Body Xtremes has over 20 years experience behind each piercing. All of our piercers are First Aid & CPR trained, as well as schooled in OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens & Needlestick procedures. They have all also completed a course in Anatomy & Physiology.

Mik Miller has been piercing for over 20 years.

He started his training in London, England in November of 1976 and performed his first professional piercing in May of 1977. He then came back to the United States and founded Mk’s Ritual Piercings in Boston, Massachusetts. He has been piercing professionally ever since. He has operated clinic’s all over the United States. He has pierced in Houston Texas, Atlanta Georgia, Seattle Washington, Boise Idaho, Washington DC, New York City, Providence Rhode Island, Salem New Hampshire, Fort Lauderdale Florida, and many other cities across the United States, including many in Massachusetts.

In May of 1996 Mik moved to North Quincy, Massachusetts and opened a new store called Body Xtremes, and has been here ever since. He has spearheaded the movement to regulate body piercing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and finally on July 1st of 1997 became the FIRST and ONLY LICENSED and REGISTERED Body Piercer on the East Coast.

Mik has been featured on MTV and many radio and news stations across the United States and Canada, as well as being the focus of countless television and newspaper articles. It would be safe to say that he is one of the best known body piercers in the United States and possibly the world. Mik Miller has been apprenticing new Body Piercers for over ten years and has turned out some of the best and most conscientious piercers in the business to date. He is also working with some local colleges in an attempt to start a Body Piercing course that may be offered to the public in the near future. Stop by and visit him when you are in the area.
