The fee for an appraisal assignment varies depending
on the complexity of the property, location of the subject, time constraints
and use of the appraisal. There is a basic range for each type of report
generated. Such things as extra pictures and duplicate copies will be billed
accordingly. The fees as stated are for the minimum requirements.
