Multiple Schlerosis Information

On September 20, 1990 I found myself working as a machinist at a local machine shop having problems with my right leg unable to maintain my balance or stand properly to perform my work adequately.

After approching the foreman, I informed him that I lost the feeling completely in my right leg and was in need of a doctor's care. I immediately went to my local physician to try and find out what was wrong. After a general examination, he found nothing wrong and referred me to a neuroligist, Dr.Bell. I explained to him what I had been experiencing, i.e; loss of feeling in my right leg and diminished eye sight on the right side and general numbness on the entire right side. He said that he thought that I may have MS.

After a short time, with a scheduled appointment, I reported to the local hospital for an MRI, "magnetic residence imagery" test which revealed that I did in fact have Multiple Schlerosis as he preliminarily diagnosed......

For the first 6 months I remained in a very physically challenged state. After which, without any physical theropy or drugs I came into full and total remission.....and I have no question about who helped that to occurr.....by the grace of God I have stayed that way now for 9 years and have no fear knowing that God will continue to be there ALWAYS~~~.

I HAVE BEEN IN COMPLETE AND TOTAL REMISSION FOR THE LAST 9 YEARS AND ACCORDING TO THE REPORT OF MY NEUROLOGIST , AFTER THIS AMOUNT OF TIME IN REMISSION, THERE IS NO FEAR OF RELAPSE. IN FACT, YOU WOULD NEVER EVEN KNOW I HAD IT TO LOOK OR INTERACT WITH ME.....THANK GOD..I AM FORTUNATE INDEED......
