On September 20, 1990 I found myself working as a machinist at a local machine shop having problems with my right leg unable to maintain my balance or stand properly to perform my work adequately.
After approching the foreman, I informed him that I lost the feeling completely in my right leg and was in need of a doctor's care. I immediately went to my local physician to try and find out what was wrong. After a general examination, he found nothing wrong and referred me to a neuroligist, Dr.Bell. I explained to him what I had been experiencing, i.e; loss of feeling in my right leg and diminished eye sight on the right side and general numbness on the entire right side. He said that he thought that I may have MS.
After a short time, with a scheduled appointment, I reported to the local hospital for an MRI, "magnetic residence imagery" test which revealed that I did in fact have Multiple Schlerosis as he preliminarily diagnosed......
