The Women's Alliance meets periodically during the year at the church. Dessert and coffee is served at the meetings where members talk about a variety of subjects such as their travels, birding, Scituate history.

Alliance sponsors the Snowflake Fair in December. The fair is held on a Saturday early in December. It features natural Christmas wreathes and fresh cut greens, handicrafts, baked goods, antique/used items, and a table of inexpensive items for junior givers.

Members create a variety of handicrafts that are sold at the fair to raise funds for programs in the church. Among the activities that the group sponsors are scholarships for the Youth Conference at the UUA conference center on Star Island, New Hampshire.

Our fairs are an enormous boost to getting to know each other. And when the day is done - yes many of us are tired - but the camraderie made it more than just worth the effort. There is no better way to "get acquainted"! And the money we raise takes a lot of strain off budgets!

The Unity Club

Unity meets four times a year for dinner at the Church. The meetings include gift exchanges at Christmas and speakers. The group also sponsors scholarships for the Youth Conference at Star Island.

Yoga Group

Meets at the Church in the Sloop Room on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM, September - June.
