- All phases of design, merchandising, management, production, and all areas of printing, color, lab dips, fabrication, and art and motif development.
- Technical skills in first patternmaking, size specification, fit, and construction.
- Sales experience from hiring to managing a national sale force
- Macromedia Freehand (Mac and PC)
- Thorough knowledge of the domestic and imported piece goods market
- Skilled at developing boards from product concept to line catalogue
- Production knowledge of marking, grading, cutting, working at factories, samplemaking, washing processes, and production ordering of both fabrics and trims.
- Fully experienced with private label, branded, and licensed products.

- Act as liaison between aforementioned licensors in creating artwork and print trends.
- Develop all print and yarn dyed patterns with a team of freelance professionals.
